I tried angel writer as i use windows office 2000 for my word etc. I found that I could not open angel writer as the win word logo was in my doc folder with angel document and would not allow me to open. I don\'t use word a lot so if you have an answer to problem I would be grateful.

Initial comment From the screenshot I guessed before downloading the "Angel" that it would prove to be what it looked like: cute, neat, plain, without any silly ornaments, innocent, practical, effective, unselfish, simple, etc. etc. I have not used it much till now. But I hope I will be happy to keep it with me ...... and that it will prove to be a simple powerful angelic companion. More comments I will send later on.

coulda been a contender... I like the idea of an ultra-simple rtf text editor but too bad they left out the Help file! Also this free software generated a popup reminding me to buy the company's other products. I would rather pay and get rid of the popup. Most irritating, though, everything is measured in millimeters, even when you select US letter size, and I couldn't find any way to change this--no preferences option.Unfortunately these little details made a practical work aid rather impractical.

Supposed to read, generate, save as .docx files I downloaded this in an attempt to read and edit a .docx file attached to an email. The descriptor on the internet (google search "docx editor") listed this as a capability of Angel Writer. I downloaded and installed it. When I tried to open the file, nothing happened; there was no file extension .docx listed in the open dialog. I tried "save as" just to see if the .docx extension was an option, and again the same. I then uninstalled it. I eventually solved the problem with something else.

Функций по минимуму хватает.Отсутствует только регулировка обтекание картинок текстом.Не удовлетворило меня его работа с картинками (другие редакторы потом не воспринимают вставленные картинки). И вообще даже текстовые редакторы неадекватно изображают файлы, созданные в Ангеле.К примеру ширина таблиц вылезала за границы страницы. Фоновый цвет страницы остался таковым только в таблице.Далее верхнее поле не соответствовала заявленным 20 мм, а было значительно меньше.Дерзайте, создатели. Есть над чем работать. Не совсем понятно зачем, правда. Но это уже вторая история.Может быть он может быть заточен именно на русскую публику? Easy enough to use. However there are no instructions on the "Clean and Repair' Tools. The Tool windows showed the source code had no errors. Yet, when I ran the W3C Validation against the same source code W3C reported 134 errors. Not good, if you want to receive Validation.When I went to uninstall the application it automatically popped open their website without asking permission! Bad practice.

The download page does not specify that WebTide does not run on Linux.I needed an editor that could run both onWindows and Linux.The editor is not a WYSIWYG one, which isessential to guarantee that the contents of pages are what you want. Without it there is a need to switch back and forth between editing and preview, which is a waste of time. Editing directly the html markup is useful at times, but only to fix details.I tried to deinstall it, but I did not succeed: the deinstaller hangs.

Broken Application Downloaded and installed OK. When I launched it, I was informed that a file it needed could not be found.Uninstalled it, downloaded & installed again, same problem. I can't remember the name of the file. This application has gone into the trash can.

Its early days but this looks worth trying. I've spent years looking for a good editor that runs on Windows. This might just be the favourite. Its lightweight, fast and doesn't need to be installed but it appears to have all the necessary features. I can't say anything about stability yet.

Rapidly installed and worked EControl syntax really does what promises. I installed quickly into my C++ Builder 6 and replaced the "TMemo" component in very little time. It is full of features beyond my real needs but it's nice to have them with it. If you have used the new Delphi or Borland Developer Studio interface, it gives the same editing features (and much more). Hi. The software was ok for me that I wanted to edit a XML file. I was trying to edit a UTF 8 file, and replace the English contents with Persian. But the software was not supporting the persian letters and after saving the file all of the file become merged, so I edited it in Notepad and replaced it with the original file.Any way, thnaks for your kind effort

It has got frosen after I tried to open 9 Mb XML file. After that my PC also has been frozen and I spent time to make it alive. So, to be honest I don\'t know whether this software good or not as I don\'t need to perform small XML files.

Tool works as described. Collapsing and expanding elements in the tree control was a little cumbersome, but worked for my purposes. Thanks.

I installed XMLFox in order to create a valid XML Schema that will validate configuration files for a project that I\'m working on. It was useful, but the error reporting is too vague and makes it very difficult to locate an offending attribute within the schema definition.
